Placing Orders Procedures
1. Kindly leave your order(s) in the "Comments" box (please leave your email address or contact number) or email to us at springclosets@gmail.com . Please quote the Product Code (as shown on the photos) when placing your precious order.
We will try our best to reply you within 24hours. PRICING NOT NEGOTIABLE.
2. Upon receiving our reply, we will inform you of the total amount payable to us (ie Products cost plus postage). Products will be sent using courier services (Pos Laju).
3. Kindly pay to our designated bank accounts (to be informed in our Confirmation email) within 2 days. We will only hold your order for MAXIMUM of 2 DAYS. (eg. Our email confirming your order at 6.1.2010. You have to pay to us latest by 8.1.2010 (8pm).)
4. Kindly allow a maximum of 3 working days for the products to reach your door step. Courier tracking number will be given to you.
IMPORTANT :
i. Goods sold are NOT returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
ii. Sales will be on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. This means whoever that pays first will get the order.
